Finishing Consultants is the West Coast leader in providing Kremlin plural component metering systems and, this last year installed 25 Kremlin Cyclomix Micro systems for mixing and spraying conversion varnish and urethane coatings at a variety of cabinet companies in the Western states. Integrating the Cyclomix systems into their finishing operations allowed these customers to reduce waste from gallons to CC’s, lowering their coatings and waste costs, all while insuring a perfect mix!

Utilizing a plural component metering system provides on-demand fresh-mixed material through the entire job and saves wasted material versus "hot-potting" or batch-mixing methods.  Because the coating components are mixed as needed you drastically reduce waste by not having to mix up more material than you actually need so you don't run out!

We offer a complete line of mixing equipment from mechanical fixed ratio systems to Electronic two-component and three-component meter mix systems, that can deliver the mixed material to the spray gun at conventional (air-spray), Airmix®, or airless fluid pressures.

The Kremlin PU2200 systems are variable ratio with system ranges from 1:1 - 3:1, to 8.9: 1 - 26.8: 1. The PU2200 provides fluid outputs to 2 GPM and fluid pressures to 1950 psi. The Kremlin PU2200 also offers the patented FLOWMAX base and catalyst pumps that eliminates throat seal leaking by eliminating the throat seal! It's exclusive bellows seal design maintains accuracy, and greatly reduces maintenance because no catalyst or resin will leak at the throat seal of the pump.

The Cyclomat Expert® Meter Mix system is a proven system  with installations throughout the U.S. delivering outstanding reliability and extreme accuracy. The specially designed mix manifold will provide substantial material savings for applying these valuable coatings on critical military coating applications.

Product Performance Note :
Boeing chose FINISHING CONSULTANTS to supply Kremlin plural component systems over Graco and Binks, to meter, mix and supply a critical urethane fuel barrier coating on the 767, 777 and 747 production lines. After a year of evaluation, the Kremlin system was chosen for it's accuracy and ability to effectively mix the viscous components. The first system has been in service for over eight years with virtually no down-time. A second system was installed on the 747 production line. The third system was purchased for the Boeing 767 line.
