
Now that we are finally in our building and fully operational and functioning, I wanted to take a moment and thank you for all of your help with our new paint booth configuration.
From our first meeting back in November when we were still negotiating our long term lease and estimating the costs of moving, you were extremely helpful as we debated whether to move our two existing booths or buy a new one. The budget that you helped us develop to really understand and evaluate the best available options was both detailed and extremely accurate.
When we decided to sign the new lease in the middle of December we only had 8 weeks to prepare and execute the move. You and Chuck were very responsive and helpful with getting the required equipment ordered and on the move in time for our March transition week. The permitting process, the coordination with the General Contractor to prepare the roof penetration for the booths exhaust, the electrical requirements and installation, the fire alarm went remarkably smoothly. Even the permitting process and inspections went through with out a problem.
Even our late decision to lease the booth instead of including it in the move budget did not create a significant delay – the leasing company you referred us to was extremely helpful and responsive.
In summary, moving our company was a very complicated and expensive process successfully completed in less than 90 days. Your guidance, advice and expertise was a critical and significant contribution that we all appreciate.
